Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the App are owned by NoToFine or its licensors. NoToFine and the NoToFine logo are trademarks of NoToFine. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
Permitted Use
Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:

Trademarks
"NoToFine", the NoToFine logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of NoToFine or its affiliates or licensors.
You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of NoToFine. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the App are the trademarks of their respective owners.
DMCA Compliance
NoToFine respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Copyright Infringement Claims
If you believe that content on the App infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material with enough detail to locate it
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
NoToFine does not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
- All parking tickets will be properly tracked
- Reminders will be delivered on time in all circumstances
- The App will meet your specific requirements
Important: NoToFine is a reminder tool only. We are not responsible for late payments, increased fines, or any consequences resulting from missed parking ticket payments. Users are solely responsible for verifying ticket details and making timely payments to relevant authorities.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoToFine shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the App
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, or otherwise) and even if NoToFine has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco, California.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means.
Your continued use of the App after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App.
